Ganoderma lucidum — also known as Reishi or Lingzhi — is a mushroom used in East Asian wellness traditions for centuries. "Ganoderma," "Reishi," and "Lingzhi" all refer to the same mushroom species. Kanchan sells several Ganoderma-based formulas (Kanchan Ganoderma, Kanchan Super Ganoderma, and Kanchan Lingzhi 80 Mushroom) at different capsule counts and concentrations — check each product page for its specific capsule count and suggested use to choose the one that fits your routine.
